Returns & Exchanges

At Petunia Pickle Bottom, we want you to love your purchase as much as we love designing it. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided through our portal.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original box if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
